Meet the experts driving transformation excellence across global enterprises

Rajdeep Ghai

Co-CEO, Cenkusha

Rajdeep Ghai is Co-CEO of Cenkusha. He is a leading expert in data-driven transformation projects for large consumer-facing organisations that deliver tangible improvements in customer experience, dramatically reduced turnaround times and significantly increased capacity.

Rajdeep’s wealth of experience means he understands the constraints that limit his clients’ ability to transform, and he can identify the specific levers – which are different in every company - that enable successful transformation.

Having delivered over 100 large scale IT, Operations and Business projects, ahead of schedule and exceeding estimated impact, Rajdeep has achieved annualised bottom-line impacts of nearly $1bn for his clients through HENKA Group, now Cenkusha’s consulting arm.

Over the course of his career, Rajdeep has worked for leading global consumer and financial institutions including Procter and Gamble, GE Capital, Standard Chartered and DBS bank in Singapore, where he was a key part of the team that took the customer experience scores for DBS from the bottom of the industry to the top in a single year.

Rajdeep has a degree in Computer Science from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Lucknow with specialization in Finance.
